Sherry Cobbler

  • 71ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 2 Thick Slices of Orange
  • 2 Thick Slices of Lemon
  • 2 tsp of Sugar Syrup
GLASS:

Boston or pint glass

METHOD:
  • Combine the Sherry, Sugar, one slice of lemon and one slice of orange into the glass.
  • Add ice and shake until frost forms on the outside of the tin.
  • If available top the glass with crushed ice and enjoy.

71ml Amontillado Sherry
2 Thick Slices of Orange
2 Thick Slices of Lemon
2 tsp of Sugar Syrup
