- 71ml Amontillado Sherry
- 2 Thick Slices of Orange
- 2 Thick Slices of Lemon
- 2 tsp of Sugar Syrup
Boston or pint glass
- Combine the Sherry, Sugar, one slice of lemon and one slice of orange into the glass.
- Add ice and shake until frost forms on the outside of the tin.
- If available top the glass with crushed ice and enjoy.
