Flip it Sloe

  • 50ml Sloe Gin
  • 2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Star anise
GLASS:

Fancy coupe or small wine glass

METHOD:
  • Combine the Sloe Gin, Peychaud’s Bitters and Egg into a shaker without ice to emulsify the ingredients,
  • Add ice and shake until frost forms on the outside of the tin.
  • Double strain the liquid into a chilled coupe or small wine glass, float a star anise on top and enjoy.

Ingredients
50ml Sloe Gin
2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
1 Whole Egg
1 Star anise

Tip: Shaking without ice before helps to emulsify ingredients giving the cocktail a creamier texture.
