Flip it Sloe
- 50ml Sloe Gin
- 2 Dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Star anise
Fancy coupe or small wine glass
- Combine the Sloe Gin, Peychaud’s Bitters and Egg into a shaker without ice to emulsify the ingredients,
- Add ice and shake until frost forms on the outside of the tin.
- Double strain the liquid into a chilled coupe or small wine glass, float a star anise on top and enjoy.
