Fancy coupe or small wine glass

  • Measure 60ml of pineapple juice and add to cocktail shaker.
  • Measure 20ml of Monin pumpkin spice and add to cocktail shaker.
  • Add 35.5ml of dark rum and add to cocktail shaker. We went with Mount Gay rum.
  • Squeeze 20mil of fresh lime juice and add to the cocktail shaker.
  • Add enough ice cubes to reach the brim of the cocktail shaker.
  • Cover and shake for 20 seconds.
  • Pour into a soda glass and add a straw.
  • Spray cream on top and then sprinkle some pumpkin seeds and orange rind.

35.5ml rum
20ml pumpkin spice
60ml pineapple juice
20ml lime juice

Tip: Shaking without ice before helps to emulsify ingredients giving the cocktail a creamier texture.
